Our story

Chef Lefty is a Hawaii native who cooked in Strip kitchens at Bally's, Paris, the Stratosphere and Hard Rock starting in 2001. In 2018 he opened Lefty-J's with his wife Jeanette and daughter Juhl, bringing home-style island plates to Las Vegas.
