Opened in October 2023 with recipes from the iconic Daruma Ramen in Hakata, Japan.
Dine in, takeout or delivery. Reservations accepted.
Casual, trendy and intimate, and good for groups.

Being Japanese myself, it was so nice to find authentic Japanese Ramen! … This is by far the best Ramen I've had since moving here to Vegas!

The ramen included one of the best ramen eggs I've had, the egg yolk texture was perfect (not too hard and not too runny) and the marinated flavor came through strongly and was so tasty!
Delicious shoyu, 20/10 service … the chashu was sliced into huge but perfectly thin cuts. Definitely coming back.
